A Nylon rod with a Hook & Loop (velcro type) pad at the top is inserted into the barrel of any long-gun ... The rod is extended and "Sticks" to the material attached to the bottom of the safe's shelf... and your firearm stands wherever you put it. To remove it, reach in, grasp the rod with your hand, gently pull down releasing it from the material and pull the firearm out. No need for those rifle racks that claim to hold X number of rifles (but never do!) In most cases you'll approximately double the number of rifles, and shotguns you can store in the same area.
